The Empty Capsule Sorter Elevator is used to sort the empty capsule for any damagesand then elevate the good capsule from lower level to the higher level. The Empty Capsule Sorter Elevator is a partof the transferline for the transferfor empty capsule in to the capsule hopper of the Automatic capsule Filling Machine, which is at higherlevel. The machine works on the principle of vibratory sorting and lifting the capsules by airflow. A linervibrator the drilled plate, which sorts the capsule as per the requirement. A continuous stream of air at a highvelocity lifts the capsuleup as soon as they are fed into the blower inlet chute after sorting them properly. The capsules are fed at a lower level and machine conveys them to a higherlevel.

uses the rotating brush principle to clean the capsules on continuous basis. Capsules are fed into the polishing chamber where a rotating spiral brush removes the powder particles sticking from the outer surface of capsules. The polishing chamber is to be connected to a vacuum cleaner to suck the de-dusted powder from the polishing chamber. This helps improving the polishing quality of Capsules.

Empty Capsule Ejector works on the principle of airflow force. Filled capsules will fall straight towards the down level & Empty capsule will eject outside when airflow force is applied on the capsules, it's specially to sort out empty capsules from filled capsules.

The Mini Capsule Sorter sorts out the separated capsule cap and body shells and other loose product material through a linear sorting plate and vibratory mechanism and ensures that good quality capsules are passed into the Filled capsule sorter drum.

The Filled Capsule Elevator is used to convey filled capsules through the elevator pipe and outlet chute into the hopper of the metal detector. FILLED CAPSULE ELEVATOR Model FCSE-200 The Filled Capsule Elevator is used to convey filled capsules through the elevator pipe and the outlet chute into the hopper of the capsule polishing machine. The FCSE-200 is a high output elevator suitable for elevating from a lower level to a higher level. The unit is extremely useful in fully automatic lines where the output from the exit chute of a filling/ sorting machine, which is at a lower level, is connected to the inlet chute of a polishing machine, which is at a higher level.
